Democracy means the society is ruled by law. Dictatorship means the society is ruled by a person.
民主就是法治。獨裁就是人治。

Everyone in Taiwan is knowing that DPP chairperson Tsai Ing-wen will wins 2016 president election so that everyone will publicly announcing support of Tsai Ing-wen if he/she have any relation to or benefit with 2016's new government such as politician, businessman, religion group, public institutions and etc. This trend will increase the opportunity of Tsai Ing-wen's election. This phenomenon is called "coattail effect."
現在的台灣人都知道，民主進步黨的蔡英文會當選2016年的台灣總統，因此，與2016年新政府有關或有利的人，如政治人物、工商界、宗教團體、公共團體或機構等，都會公開表態來支持蔡英文。而這個趨勢更增強蔡英文的當選機率。這個現象就叫「西瓜效應」。

How can Taiwan develops into democracy is to eliminate the personal effect and firmly accord with the rule of law.
台灣要落實法治，就應根除這種人治關係，亦即裙帶關係，才能回歸到真正的民主。
